Nutrition counseling - a warm, non-judgmental exploration of your current eating habits, and collaborative, realistic goal-setting to support food routines that nourish you for the long term.
Nutrition education - we’ll dive as far into the science as you’ll let me, so you have a deep understanding of how your body works and what happens when something is off. I’ll always explain the “why” behind any nutrition recommendations we discuss.
Unpacking your complicated relationship with food - identifying beliefs and thought patterns keeping you stuck, and building skills to unhook from them when they hijack you.
Intuitive eating coaching - connecting with hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues, challenging the food police, and making peace with all foods (the cookies AND the salads).
Body image healing - separating your worth from your size (and maybe getting a little angry at the system), and living fully in the body you have right now.
Holistic support in caring for your basic needs other than nutrition - sleep, connection, and stress management.

Discovery Call (15 mins) - Free
The first step is to book a discovery call with me. It’s a no-fee 15 minute chat by Zoom or by phone where you can share what you’re looking for help with and I can answer any lingering questions you might have about working together. If you’re ready to move forward after the call, we can book your first appointment!

Initial Nutrition Assessment (75 mins) - $185
During this visit, we’ll talk about your health and nutrition history and your current eating and lifestyle habits. We’ll start to unpack your relationship with food and define our goals for working together based on your vision for a healed and happy you. We’ll fill in any knowledge gaps, and we may need to do some myth busting (goodbye, diet culture). We may conclude this initial session with concrete action-based goals, or simply with the intention to be more aware of your body and the food habits that mystify you.

Follow Up Visits (60 mins) - $150
Typically weekly or every other week, our follow up visits will focus on exploring our progress toward the goals we set together and celebrating the wins along the way. We’ll evaluate the effects our changes make on how you feel in your body, explore any food and emotion connections, and troubleshoot any challenges that will inevitably come our way.
