This is nutrition counseling for your whole self.

You’re not broken. You don’t need to be fixed.

You deserve care that meets you where you are, with respect, kindness, and zero judgement.

Hi! I’m Courtney Plush, MS, RD. I’m a registered dietitian offering online nutrition therapy and intuitive eating coaching that’s compassion-driven, science-based, and rooted in your long term thriving. My approach is…

A woman with long, wavy brown hair smiling outdoors in front of row houses with colorful facades and potted plants.

Expansive, not restrictive: we envision a future with food freedom.

Weight-inclusive: we stop trying to shrink to fit someone else’s ideal.

Judgement-free: we make room for all the messy, unsure, and hopeful parts of you.

What we work on

  • Unpacking food noise so you can eat with more peace and confidence

  • Embracing the gray - moving away from black and white thinking around food

  • Building body trust - learning how to listen to and care for your body with respect

  • Supporting movement that fits your life - now and into the future of your dreams

My approach is grounded in the principles of intuitive eating.

I believe a more attuned and internally driven eating pattern is available to all of us, even if discovering it takes a bit of practice and time. Instead of focusing on external rules and plans, intuitive eating practices help you tune into your body’s cues of hunger, fullness, and satisfaction so you can nourish yourself day to day in a way that honors your unique needs. This will look different for each individual, and it has to be experienced, not just read about in a book. Honoring your body’s cues, combined with identifying and letting go of rules and harmful beliefs about the moral value of food choices and body size can lead to profound peace and freedom.
